Shadilver: Step Brother [5]

I was sleeping peacefully, but then I felt someone poke my nose. I open my eyes slowly to see Venice.
"Hey bro, sorry to wake ya, but I was wondering if you were hungry? I ordered pizza not too long ago. It should be here any minute now." I sat up and stretch for a bit. I saw Venice walk out the room. I took the ear buds out of my ears and hid my phone under my pillow. I notice that Shadow's clothes weren't on his bed anymore. I walked out the room and headed downstairs. I saw Venice half asleep on the couch. He looked at me and gave me a little wave. I just smiled at him and headed into the kitchen. As I entered the kitchen, I saw Shadow leaning against the sink. He was too focus on his phone to even notice me. I don't really know if this is a good thing or not, but if we are going to be living under the same roof, then our relationship needs to get stronger. You know, without him being a perv 24/7
"Uh, hey Shadow." I said nervously. He looked at me and smiled.
"Well, looks who's awake. How was your little nap?"
"Eh, it was alright."
"Are you sure about that?"
"Huh? What do you mean by that?"
"Has anyone ever told you, that you like to talk in your sleep?"
"Uh... what are you talking about?
"Well, let's just say that it seems like someone was showing you a good time." He walked towards me and kissed my cheek. I saw him walk out the kitchen. I was blushing pretty hard. I don't really remember what I dream about. Then again, I normally forget about it. I opened the fridge and grabbed the last can of Yoo-Hoo. Man these things are so rare nowadays. I walked out and saw Shadow talking to Venice. I quickly made my way to the stairs, but Venice saw me before I took a step.
"Hey little bro! Come over here!" I groaned and walked over to them.
"Why don't you come sit next to your big brother?" He made a little room for me to sit in the middle of them. I sighed and sat down. I opened my can of Yoo-Hoo and took a sip.
"So, I assume that you met our new 'brother' right?" Venice pointed over to Shadow.
"Y-yes I have. We actually met at school."
"Ah, so it seems that you guys are getting along right?"
"Heh, you could say that. Isn't that right Silver?" He gave me a soft kick.
"Uh... yeah I guess." We heard a knock on the door.
"Must be the pizza guy!" Venice got up and opened the door. He took out his wallet and took out a 20
"Uh, do you have change for a 20?" His 20 was snatched by our dad as he walked in with the pizza in his other hand.
"Nope! Thanks for the 20 though!" My dad laugh.
"Hey! That was mine!"
"Key word 'Was' haha!" He walked over to him and gave him a pat on the back.
"I'll get you back one day old man."
"I'm not even old yet! What are you talking about you little whippersnapper."
"Like I said. I'm going to get us some plates. Do you want one?" Venice said as he was walking towards the kitchen.
"Nah, I already ate before I got here. How about you two?" My dad looked at me and Shadow.
"Sure." Shadow said.
"Um... yes please." My dad followed my brother.
"Must be fun watching them mess around like that." Shadow spoke
"Yeah, but they can get annoying sometimes. I still loved them though."
"Hmm... I see." I looked at Shadow. He was smiling, but looking at the ground. Something about his smile made me really happy. I don't know why, but it did. My brother came in with three plates and I saw my dad go upstairs.
~An hour later~
Well, i'm full. Not much really happen. We just ate and watch TV. I was feeling kind of sleepy and I decided to head to my room. Leaving Shadow and Venice downstairs. I walked into my room and plopped down on my bed. A few minutes passed and I couldn't really go to sleep. I saw Shadow walk into our room. He looked at me and gave me a little wave and sat on his bed. I looked away and I tried to go to sleep again. After a few minutes of tossing and turning, I couldn't. My ear twitched as I heard Shadow speak.
"It seems like someone can't sleep."
"Yeah, i'm having trouble sleeping."
"Maybe I could help?" I turned my head and saw Shadow stood up and walked towards me.
"Scoot over a bit." I did as told and he laid down next to me.
"What are you doi-"
"Shh just relax. Trust me I won't do anything that you don't want me to do."
"A-alight then." I felt him stroke my arm. I gulped, at the sudden touch. I felt him pull me closer. Are bodies were touching. He hugged me tightly as I felt his hand on my stomach. I felt his hot breath on my neck. Honestly I don't even know what's going on anymore, but I do really like this. Slowly but surely, I was slowly falling asleep.
"H-hey Shadow?"
"Hmm?"
"U-uh is it a-alright if I turn around?"
"Heh, sure." He loosen his grip just enough for me to turn around. I put my arm around him, you know why not? He really does make me feel very comfortable. I felt him stroke my quills. I started to purr. I felt Shadow hug me tighter as he kissed my head. Soon enough, I fell asleep.
