Shadilver: Only For You [3]

*At Shadow's house*
'So, this is shadow's house huh? I've know shadow for a few years now and I've never seen the inside of his house' I thought
"Hey silver?" Shadow spoke
"Yeah what is it?"
"Can you let go of my hand?
I looked down and saw that I was still holding his hand. 'Oh shit! How long have I've been holding his hand?!' I panicked a bit
"Heh s-sorry about that shadow heh" I said letting go of his hand.
"It's alright, follow me, i'll show you your room." He motioned me to follow. His house has a very nice smell to it. Like I don't really know how to describe it, but I guess the closest thing I could think of that smells this nice is scented candles. After a few seconds of walking, we finally reach my new room.
"Here, take this key" Shadow pulled out a key from his pocket.
"What's this key for?" I asked
"It's to unlock your door. Why? Well think of it as a little give from me to you." He said while leaning against the wall. I shrugged and unlocked the door.
"Wow this room is pretty big!" I said very excitedly. I stepped in and looked around. I saw all my boxes in the corner of the room. The bed was also pretty big, it looks like it could fit about 2 or 3 people. Their was also a wardrobe, a closet and a desk with a computer on it.
"So, do you like the room?" I heard shadow speak from behind me. I walked over to the window and looked out side.
"Hell yeah! This room is pretty cool! It's a lot bigger than my old room too!" I turned to look at him.
"Well, i'm glad you like it. I guess I should leave you to unpack now. I'll show you around the house later. If you need me i'm going to be in my room." Shadow said as he was walking out.
"Hey shadow wait!" I called him. He poked his head back into the room.
"What is it?"
"Thanks for everything, I really appreciate what you are doing for me."
"No problem"
~Few minutes later~
'Ah finally i'm done unpacking!' I said while stretching.
"I see you are done unpacking" I squeak and quickly covered my mouth with my hands.
"Well, it seems like someone is very squeaky lately." He smirked
"Shut up! You need to stop startling me like that shadow!
"Whatever, are you hungry?"
"Yeah, now that you mention it, I am a bit hungry. What do you have in mind?" I said really eager
"Well, I was thinking either we could get Chinese food or smoothies?" I want to say both, but I really don't want to waste a lot of money right now.
"Which one is cheaper?" I asked
"The smoothies, but don't worry about paying. It's on me." Shadow said as he walked over to my bed to sit down.
"Really? Well you don't have to. I could pay for myself you know."
"I insist silver." Could this still be the same shadow that I knew before? Why is he being so nice to me?
"Silver?" he snapped his finger
"What what?"
"You've been staring at me for a few minutes now and you still haven't answered my question." How long was I staring at him for? It only felt like a second!
"Umm... well I was thinking we should go get smoothies. I mean if that's alright with you." Shadow got up from my bed.
"Alright, i'll be downstairs. Let me know when you are ready." he said as he walked out the door.'Haha this almost sounds like a date' I laugh in my head. I stood there looking at where shadow sat. 'Wait, what if this is a date? Wait! This is shadow that i'm talking about! He's not gay! Then again if he was I wouldn't mind at all. Okay, I must be overreacting, I mean he just wants to go out for a bite to eat and that's it... right?' I just shrugged it off and got ready.
~Few minutes later~
"Well look who is finally ready." Shadow took out his ear buds.
"You ready?" he asked
"Yeah. So are we walking or?"
"We are taking my bike." shadow said while getting his jacket. 'Wait his bike?'
"Wait we are going to use a bicycle?" Shadow looked at me with a *are you serious face*
"Uh no. We are taking my motorcycle." We walked out the front door and went to his garage. He pulled out a controller and pressed a button. It made the garage door open. In it was a hummer and his motorcycle.
"Wait why aren't we taking the hummer?"
"I don't really like using it. Like at all. I prefer this and it also can take us there a bit faster." he got on his bike. He looked at me.
"Well? Are you going to get on?"
"Oh, haha yeah right." I sat behind him. He started it up. The loudness of the bike scared me.
"Hold on." 'Hold on?'
"To what?"
"To me, just wrap your arms around my waist."
"Uh alright." I said blushing. Once we started moving I couldn't help but to hold him tighter. I buried my face in his back and just hugged him close. 'Man I really hope he doesn't get the wrong idea from this' I'm really glad he can't see me because I think I might be blushing really hard. I couldn't help but to smell him. Damn, he smells really and I mean really good! That's not weird right?
~Few minutes later~
"Alright silver we are here." I lifted my head a looked around. I saw the sign that read *Kazma's Smoothies* I've seen this place a few times, but never bothered to come in here.
"Hey silver, when you are done hugging me let me know m'kay?" 'Oh shit I was still holding on to him!' I quickly retreated my hands back.
"Heh sorry about that."
"It's alright. Wow you are blushing really hard silver."
"Don't look at me!" I said covering my face. Shadow then grabbed my hands and then pulled them away from my face softly. I couldn't help but to look into his eyes. His eyes really close up looked beautiful.
"Sorry if I embarrassed you silver. I should have just stayed quiet."
"N-no no i-it's alright shadow." It feel like we were having a staring contest right now. I'm just enjoying this opportunity to look at those amazing eyes of his.
"Alright if you say so. Do you want to head in now?"
"Yeah, lets go." We both got off the bike. You know what I just realized? We are still holding hands. I don't know why i'm not letting go of his hand and i'm not sure why he is not doing the same. You know what though? I kinda like this.
